Rapport Housing & Care is a registered charity and housing association and a large employer in the south east; we employ over 400 people at various locations across the county in a diverse range of roles.

We currently operate supported homes, residential care homes and extra care housing schemes and are amidst an extensive development programme to open a further two new housing schemes in the next two years. Our purpose as an organisation is to enhance the quality of life for older people through high quality care, companionship and support. We offer an exciting variety of career opportunities across a broad range of professions throughout the county and our in-house training programme, ACE has recently re-launched to support our staff and give further training. Ace, The Academy: Centre of Excellence provides staff who uphold our core values and wish to further their development and career with us with the opportunity to do so. Once enrolled on the programme, staff are supported in developing their personal growth whilst also gaining an accredited qualification in Leadership and Management.
